Jared Duggan is a native to the Chicago metropolitan area and joined The Horwitz Law Group in 2008 as a law clerk while attending law school. Jared’s hard work and determination earned him the highest mark in Advanced Trial Advocacy at DePaul College of Law. Jared brought that same hard work and determination when he joined The Horwitz Law Group as an attorney in 2009 upon graduating from Law School.

From day one, Jared has handled serious and complex personal injury cases including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death cases. Jared has experienced great success while working at The Horwitz Law Group securing for his clients’ tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements since he began working at the firm.

When not at work, Jared enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and doing work in his community. He is an avid tech aficionado, with a passion for emerging technologies such as cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and AI. Jared is also very passionate about cars and motorcycles.
