Krystyna Kudlata was born and raised in Mequon, Wisconsin and later attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she majored in Economics and received a Certificate in Business. After graduating from college, Krystyna moved to Chicago to attend Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
While attending law school, Krystyna served as an article’s editor for the Consumer Law Review and student fellow for the Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies. She also worked as a research assistant, clerked at the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, externed for the Cook County Bureau of Technology and worked as a law clerk for The Horwitz Law Group. It was through these experiences that Krystyna gained valuable research and writing skills and developed a passion for protecting individual’s rights.
After graduating from law school in 2018, Krystyna joined The Horwitz Law Group as an attorney where she continues to pursue her passion and utilize her skills to fight for the rights and interests of victims of negligence. From day one as a law clerk, Krystyna has handled a wide range of complex personal injury cases involving wrongful death, vehicle negligence, and premise liability and as a result, has gained an intimate knowledge of the field. Krystyna carefully attends to every case to ensure her clients receive the best possible outcome that they deserve.
